HOW WE WORK
STAGE 1: Initial
Consultation
After the initial inquiry and discussion, by e-mail or phone, we will
prepare a quote and an estimate of the time it would take to complete
your project based on our understanding of your requirements. At this
stage we may also offer some ideas and advice on other add-ons we
believe could be of use to you. This is a no obligation stage of the
process and it is free.
STAGE
2: Detailed Specification
When you’re satisfied with the initial quote and timeline, we proceed to
the development stage. At this stage, we’ll ask you for the initial
deposit of 50% for all jobs above $500. For jobs under $500, we require
full payment.
STAGE 3: Building
Once we get your payment we move into full-scale production.
This involves:

You will receive
an ON-LINE Welcome Package. This helps you greatly, in
gathering your information needed to develop your Web Site.

Setting up and
programming of your new e-mails that correspond with your new
Web Site

Initial site
layout design and sending it over to you

Design of all
other pages after approval of your Home page and conversion into
HTML

Programming pages

Database design
and creation

Database
integration
During
this stage, we upload the pages to our server for your preview and
comments.
We do understand that project objective can change during the production
period. Any changes that are outside the scope of the project will
result in a review of the quote, which will be adjusted accordingly.
STAGE 4: Testing and
Uploading
After we get your final approval and your website complies with project
objectives and has passed all Quality Assurance checks like:

this stage, we upload the site to your server. [At this point, your
final payment will be do in order for your new Web Site to be Live.]
STAGE 5: After Launch
After we launch your new website, our relationship doesn't end there. We
offer a number of post launch services, some of which are included free
with each package to ensure you're getting the most out of your online
